I work with a small number of service business owners on an ongoing monthly basis — not as a consultant who delivers a report and disappears, but as someone who’s in it with you. We work through a roadmap together, I build the things on that roadmap, and I show up every month to keep it moving.

We look at your tools, workflows, and where time is going. You leave with a written roadmap — what to automate, in what order.
We decide if it’s a fit
If the retainer makes sense, we start. If not, you still have the roadmap and can move at your own pace.
Monthly rhythm begins
We work through the roadmap together — sessions, builds, training, summary. Repeat until it’s done or your team can run it independently.
