I started Aligned Experience Design because small business owners know AI could help them, but they don’t have a team to figure it out or time to research the options – they just need someone to get it working.

Most AI tools are software you set up yourself — you pick the platform, configure the settings, figure out the integrations, and troubleshoot when something breaks. An AI assistant built through Aligned Experience Design is different because I build it for you, around the way your specific business works. You don’t learn a new tool (unless you want to). You get a working system.

No. I work on a monthly basis. I’d rather earn your continued business by building something that actually works than lock you into a commitment.

Yes — that’s the whole point. The systems I build are designed to work in the background without you having to manage them. If something needs your attention, it’s simple and clear. You don’t need to understand how it works to benefit from it.

Primarily small service businesses — wellness practices, consultants, coaches, local service providers, and small agencies. If you’re running a business mostly on your own or with a small team and you’re spending too much time on things that aren’t your actual work, we’re probably a good fit.

The most common starting points are inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and lead follow-up — the communication layer that tends to fall apart when you’re busy doing the actual work. From there, it often expands into SMS outreach, content systems, inbox management, and internal admin work. We figure out together what makes the most sense for your situation.

It depends on what we’re building and how complex your current setup is. A voice assistant with basic scheduling integration can typically be live within one to two weeks. More complex builds take longer, but you’ll see progress throughout — this isn’t a black box process.

I work with whatever you’re already using — scheduling systems like PracticeQ, Jane App, and SimplePractice, as well as calendars, CRMs, email, and SMS platforms. If you’re not sure whether your tools are supported, the strategy call is a good place to find out.

That’s part of what you’re paying for on an ongoing basis. I monitor and maintain the systems I build. If something breaks, I fix it — you don’t troubleshoot it yourself.
