What this will cover

The AI Follow-Up service will handle automated SMS and email sequences triggered by specific events — a missed call, a completed appointment, a lapsed client, a lead that went quiet. Built into your existing CRM and communication tools, running without manual intervention.

In the meantime, the AI Front Desk already handles the front end of this — capturing calls, booking appointments, and sending immediate follow-up texts so leads don’t go cold in the first place.
